Church Farm is situated on the edge of an extremely quiet, attractive village with many beautiful homes, some are thatched. We have been welcoming guests to our delightful bed & breakfast farmhouse for over 25 years and have a great knowledge of the area. We are happy to help visitors with their itinerary, whether staying one night or longer, any local information that you may require  just ask  if we can help we will  Come and meet us, our family and all our animals at Church Farm in the picturesque village of Dorsington.

We are a family-working farm with sheep, calves, pigs and horses. We take dogs by arrangement, an additional charge applies and they may not left in the bedrooms on their own. Why not gather the family or friends together and enjoy a break in the English countryside? Church Farm is an ideal base, set in the Heart of England, accessible from all four corners of the UK with the motorway network no more than 30 minutes drive away. 

Our converted a stable block and farmhouse has a number of rooms (ground floor in the stable block), all bedrooms are en-suite.

All of our rooms have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and clock/radio alarms.  Iron & hair dryers are available by request.

We are able to accommodate up to 12 guests across a number of rooms. 


The rooms are also suitable for the working person who needs to depart early, some bedrooms are self-contained with a microwave and fridge, which is again ideal for someone working locally looking to come and go as they wish and can be let on a room only basis.


Guests can enjoy the Guest Lounge overlooking the patio and garden area.

This is an ideal location for the businessman/woman to relax and enjoy our hospitality in the Warwickshire countryside.

Enjoy a full English Breakfast to keep you going all day to explore and visit the beautiful village and farmland scenery.

For your evening meal, we are fortunate to have many eating houses within 2 miles of the farm, reservations can be made for you if you wish.

However, if you wish to travel into Stratford, the choice of restaurants is varied and a taxi can be arranged for you.


There has been a walk developed round the farm which can take approximately an hour or less if you wish. Stroll down and around the lake, over the bridge and away through woodlands, which is most peaceful and relaxing. There is an abundance of wild life. Whilst walking round the Farm, you will see lots of different species of birds, & wild-life etc. together with the ewes and lambs enjoying themselves.

Church Farm is an ideal stop over for enthusiastic walkers. Drying facilities are available should they be required

The garden is picturesque with a lawn for the children to play on. There is also an equestrian course through the woodland. We can of course arrange horse riding or cycle hire from Stratford Cycle Hire and there are plenty of golf courses nearby. 

We have horses, calves, sheep, pigs, dogs and cats. We are mostly farming sheep and you are more than welcome to stay during the lambing season. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

RSC Summer Theatre Schedule 2016 in Stratford-upon-Avon

Just across the border in neighbouring Gloucestershire are the beautiful National Trust Gardens at Hidcote Manor, with a wealth a National Trust properties all within easy driving distance.  The Cotswolds villages of Broadway, the Slaughters and the market towns of Stow on the Wold, Moreton In Marsh are a pure delight to discover as you meander around the leafy lanes and antique shops. Slightly further afield  to the South and West you can discover the delights of the Vale of Evesham, Tewkesbury, Worcester and Cheltenham.   To the North and East with excellent motorway connections we have the NEC, Birmingham Airport and  Birmingham including "Cadbury World" and the Royal Showground at Stoneleigh.

We are also convenient for the Cider Mill Barns, Pebworth, Wedding Venue.
For those with sporting connections, there are race courses at Stratford, Warwick, Worcester and Cheltenham, Polo matches in the Cotswolds, County Cricket at Worcester or Birmingham.

Single occupancy of double room en-suite from £50.00 per night.

Family rooms with bunk beds from £40.00 per person for adults
and children from £12.00 per night.
Only children over age of 3 years accepted.

We have a static caravan that sleeps 4 people. It provides the ideal family break in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. It is a fully equipped mobile home with lounge, dining kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) with a sun verandah and offering private parking.
Full facilites within the caravan are listed below:-

  • LOUNGE - Television, DVD, Magazines, Local Guides, Radio
  • KITCHEN - fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cooker, and kettle
  • BEDROOMS - Duvets and Pillows provided please bring your own linen
  • BATHROOM - complete with toilet, washbasin and shower

Any extras or Welcome Packs can be provided by prior arrangement and all heating is included in the rental price. Letting period runs from Saturday to Saturday - Short Break bookings are taken but only 14 days prior to stay. We regret No Smoking allowed in the caravan. The caravan is only available for 10 months of the year from February to November. All breakages and/or damage must be reported and paid for, please note the owner reserves the right to inspect or gain access to the caravan at any reasonable time. 50 deposit is required to secure your booking, please refer to our deposit and cancellation policy you will find this on our Caravan Enquiry Form.

From the North & South & East

Leave M40 at Junction 15, take the A46 to Stratford follow town centre signs. In Stratford take B439 Evesham Road (signed Stratford race-course) and drive along here 4 miles. Turn left signed Welford. Go into Welford village and turn right at the Maypole Stores signed Dorsington-Barton Road. Drive three quarters of mile and take first left again signed for Dorsington.  Continue for one and quarter miles to Dorsington village, and our farm is the first on your right - a white house with B&B sign.


From the West

Leave the M5 at Junction 9, and follow signs to Evesham, and then on for Stratford round the by pass. Get off for the race-course and Bidford (B439).  You will come to a roundabout in Bidford, Turn right here for Broadway, go over traffic lights and bridge drive for half a mile and take first left signed Welford. Drive along here for about a mile and take first right signed Dorsington.  Come up into Dorsington, turn left by the Telephone Box, we are 100 yards on left with a B&B sign.
